RETURNS:
We do not do returns. However, please let us know if your item is misprinted or damaged. We want to make sure you are satisfied, and we pride ourselves on good customer service. If you send us a photo of the damaged item within 20 days after receiving the order, then we can credit your account. Please include your order number in the subject line of the email.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 20 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date.

These times are just an estimate, not a guarantee. By choosing print-on-demand, you choose apparel that’s created only as the order is placed. QUESTIONS: 

WHY DOES MY T-SHIRT SMELL LIKE VINEGAR? You might notice a vinegar-like smell when unpacking a new T-Shirt. Don't worry, that is not unusual. This is from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it is not permanent. This pre-treatment helps the ink (our logo) bond with the fabric. The solution is simply to wash the garment. The smell and any discoloration should go away after one wash. This is only for T-Shirts and not jerseys.
